Products ordered will be delivered to the address you gave for delivery during the checkout or ordering process. If any of the delivery details entered are incorrect we are not liable or responsible for any orders that are not received or lost during shipment. On the occasion that items are returned to us due to customer entering their address incorrectly, the customer has the option to have their order re-directed for an additional shipping cost.
Orders will be dispatched for delivery as soon as possible; due to the hand made nature and making to order this may vary from 7 days to 4 weeks.
Whilst we make every effort to dispatch goods during the estimation dispatch times that we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day and do not accept liability for deliveries nor do we accept liability or responsibility for delays of third party carriers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Products are dispatched using third party delivery companies either Fastway, Sendle or Australia Post. Please be sure to check your junk email for your shipment tracking information.
We reserve the right to wait up to 21 business days from the date of dispatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.
Please note: we will not be held liable for any late deliveries if delays occur by causes beyond our reasonable control including and without limitation;
(b) severe weather conditions;
(c) industrial dispute;
(d) strike or labour disputes
You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online store, and completing the checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place once the order is paid in full.
Whilst we try and make sure every order is completed on occasion orders may need to be cancelled, we are unable to accept any cancellation once your order has been personalised or packed for shipment.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
(e) Following any abusive behaviour which could potentially damage our business
(g) We do not tolerate any threatening messages or emails and as soon as we receive these your order shall be declined.
Returns and Exchange
Strictly no returns, exchange or refunds on sale items or discontinued products.
Contact for returns or exchanges must be made within 48 hours receiving your order, any period past this time frame renders the item as final sale and it may not be returned or exchanged.
In the unfortunate event the item arrives damaged or faulty we ask you contact us within 48hrs of receipt of goods. You must include photographic evidence of the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.
Screen colours and settings vary across devices, as a result of this it is possible that the colour of your product may differ slightly to the colour displayed while browsing the website. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
Colours chosen and ordered by the buyer are final and we cannot be held responsible for any change of mind or other circumstances surrounding colour choice. We do not replace the items if you do not like your colour combinations once printed.
Whilst we take great care to photograph our products monitors can distort the colour quite considerably from what is shown on the computer to what is received in real life.
Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
